WHY ONLINE WORKOUTS ARE STILL SO POPULAR

2020 sent us all into the world of virtual workouts, here's why it's still lasting.



COVID was an extremely sad, challenging few years for the world. Online chats, events and schooling were often our only source of social interaction, and it was such a blessing to have the internet when so may of us couldn't be near each other.


Yet out of such a difficult phase of life, emerged a brand new trend that still, in my opinion, has a long future ahead--Online Fitness Classes.


You'd think that three years later we all would be back to in-person classes and gyms. Sure, some people are. But the rest? They've discovered the accessibility of at-home workouts and why they are sometimes even MORE effective. Due to long work commutes, the hustle of work, romantic life and children, our exercise can sometimes get pushed to the side if it's not easily at our fingertips.


As a work-from-home mom who's life seems to be getting busier and busier, I've found that my own business has proved more and more useful for me over the years! There are many situations that make in-person classes so hard to get to for me.


Examples:

- At home with the baby and unable to have childcare

- When it's raining or snowing outside

- When I didn't sleep well and I simply don't want to have to change out of my pajamas.
